{burger with basil guacamole}

Okay so, the burgers are really incredible. Especially, if you made it from 100% grass fed meat that’s coming from your local farm – which I did. Don’t really like advertisements but this farm is worth a line: always fresh meat, affordable prices, prompt delivery and on top of that very nice people: 8oclockranch.com. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed this burger just as much as my blackbean or other vegetarian burgers. This burger was packed with so much flavours that the bun was almost not necessary.

The best part of the dish was the fresh guacamole with basil and the kale leaf that I used instead of lettuce.  I will only provide you with the basil guacamole recipe as the patty was simply mixed with garlic, chilli peppers, salt and pepper.


2/3 cup organic sour cream

1 avocado, chopped

10 medium basil leaves, chopped

1 small garlic cloves

1/2 juice of lime

1/4 teaspoon salt

pinch of pepper


Add all ingredients to the food processor and blend it until it combines. Taste, and season more if desired.
