(Little Advice: Women love unexpected TLC!)

2 ripe bananas

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tbs vanilla sugar

1 ts baking powder

Pinch of salt

½ ts cinnamon

1 ½ cup flour

Chocolate chips or chocolate bits (optional)

Making this cake doesn’t involve any special skills and it will take less than 10 minutes to put it together. Preheat your oven to 350F, grease your loaf pan with butter. In your Kitchenaid – or you can use a handmixer if you will – start by adding the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mash the bananas, add them to the egg mixture and pour the melted butter as well. Mix flour, cinnamon and baking powder together, and slowly add it to the egg mix. If you would like to add the chocolate chips now it’s time to do so. Pour banana bread mixture into the greased loaf pan and bake it for about 40 min. Let it cool a bit before slicing. Enjoy!
